What Causes Ball Of Foot Pain?
The ball of the foot is the padded part of the foot before the toes but before the arch rises. It is one of the most commonly used parts of the foot throughout the day and as such is under a lot of pressure. A variety of problems can affect this area of the foot, but foot pain can occur when pressure or too much weight is placed on the area.
